In order for a wellness & spa project to be efficient it must be designed using a tested and well structured method.
Thanks to its long and international experience, Deep Nature has created a unique 4-stage protocol to be followed for a successful project.

1 THINK – ANALYSIS & CONCEPT

The first stage aims at providing all the ingredients necessary for informed decision-making. The conditions necessary for the project’s success must be carefully examined through surveys, studies of the potential implementation basin, competition and market analysis. Different scenarios for the Spa Concept will then be developed along with a first costs/earnings estimate.

STEP 1: CHECK-UP AREA
The main objective of the first stage is analyzing and understanding the features of the project’s implementation area, and laying the foundations of the Spa Concept, in accordance with the data collected and the discussion with the entrepreneur.

STEP 2: ANALYSIS & RESEARCH
The investment needed to start a Spa must be assessed on the basis of a deep knowledge of the implementation environment, because the Spa Concept developed must ensure that supply meets demand, an indispensable requirement for the project’s profitability.

STEP 3: CONCEPT
Defining the SPA Concept. The Spa Concept will be represented through ideas, phases, texts, keywords, objectives, and through an illustrated narrative, with its own “mood board”, allowing to visualize the identity of the Spa. The Spa menu will be developed on the basis of the Spa Concept, in accordance with the identity of the Spa and the experience you will want the customer to live.

2 CREATE –
DEVELOPMENT AND PROJECT DESIGN

The aim of the second stage is defining the Spa project design in such way that ensures the objectives set in stage 1 are met. Based on the selected Spa Concept, each component necessary to the development of the preliminary architectural layout will be defined, in close collaboration with the team of architects and designers.

STEP 1: DEVELOPMENT OF THE SPA CONCEPT
Based on the results and the choices in stage 1, we will identify all the components that will enable us to express the selected Spa Concept in a preliminary architectural and plant layout.

STEP 2: DEVELOPING THE SPA CONCEPT FOR THE DETAILED PROJECT DESIGN
The thorough development of the Spa Concept in all its dimensions and implications must be carried out in close collaboration with the architects and designers. This will result in a 100% optimized architectural and plant design project, a condition for a successful project.


3 BUILD –
WORKS AND TECHNICAL ACHIEVEMENTS

The aim of the third stage is to finalize the 100% optimized design project by means of close collaboration with the architects and designer team. We will accompany you and assist you throughout the entire planning of the design project and the construction process of your Spa, until its opening.

STEP 1: TEAM ASSISTANCE BEFORE WORKS START
The DNI team will assist your architects, engineers, planners and builder team throughout the Spa design process, from the onset until the beginning of the works, to ensure that all aspects of the Spa Concept are implemented in the most appropriate and efficient way.

STEP 2: TEAM ASSISTANCE DURING THE WORKS
The DNI team will support your team of architects and builders throughout the different stages of the Spa construction process, from the start of the works until the opening of the Spa. We bring our know-how to help you implement your Spa Concept; and for a better management of any unexpected events and potential changes that might be required during the works.

4 RUN – SPA OPERABILITY

Deep Nature has also gained, over the years, great experience in Spa management and implementation. It will share its know-how with you during stage 4. Our team will be on-site to ensure, before and after the opening of the Spa, quality services and management efficiency.

STEP 1: PRE-OPENING
As the Spa takes shape, it is essential to start working on the ingredients that will make it an efficient and goal-oriented system. Among these are choosing partners, selecting and training teams, drafting treatments and service protocols, and elaborating the team and customer vademecum. All of these aspects are fundamental for a coherent, consistent and effective management.

STEP 2: MARKETING & COMMUNICATION
In order for a SPA to start its activities and achieve its objectives, it must first become known by both those who will be working within it and the customers who will be choosing it. It is therefore essential to define an internal and external communication strategy so as to make your Spa acquire a clear positioning and a unique and distinctive identity. Deep Nature provides expertise in this area, offering decisive support for commercial launch relying on its network (both B2B and B2C) in association with its PR department.

STEP 3: MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT
Once the Spa Concept and treatments selected, the internal staff trained, the commercial strategy, the positioning and the marketing tools defined, we will determine together the most appropriate and profitable management formula that will allow you to achieve your objectives.
